NEW YORK CITY - Three new tenants have signed leases at 1350 Broadway, a W&H property undergoing a top-to-bottom overhaul, announces Jonathan Fanuzzi, senior portfolio manager of Newmark Knight Frank, the building's managing and leasing agent.
The new tenants include:
- The executive consulting firm Addison Search, which leased 5,877 square feet on the eighth floor. Addison Search was represented by Larry Zuckerman of Grubb & Ellis.
- The consulting firm Broadreach Medical Resources, Inc., represented by William McCollum of Prime Manhattan Realty, leased 5,292 square feet on the fourth floor.
- The private investment group Accrue Sports, represented by Gus Field and Clark Finney of Cushman & Wakefield, leased a pre-built unit of 3,061 square feet on the sixth floor.
Mr. Fanuzzi and Michael DiSario of Newmark Knight Frank represented the
landlord.
Addison Search is an executive consulting firm with offices in five cities. Broadreach Medical Resources, Inc. provides health benefits consulting, and Accrue Sports is a private investment group dedicated to the sports industry.
"1350 Broadway's transformation began a year ago when the building joined the W&H Properties portfolio, a change in management took place, and a $53 million renovations program was launched," notes Mr. Fanuzzi. "These leases demonstrate that ownership’s efforts have been well worthwhile."
Situated on the north side of Herald Square, the 1350 Broadway office tower contains 25 stories and more than 400,000 square feet. It offers convenient access to the Long Island Rail Road, Metro North, New Jersey Transit, Amtrak, Port Authority, PATH and fifteen subway lines.
The property's program of capital improvements includes a new lobby, renovated elevators, upgraded building systems, renovated air-conditioned public corridors, and new bathrooms.
The building is owned by 1350 Broadway Associates L.L.C, a partnership led by Peter L. Malkin.
Broker commissions are paid in full at lease signing.
